And of course, it starts with the owner, John "Jack" Eschbacher who has created the business and ensures every step is handled with courtesy and competence. He even calls the client personally before the packers leave the client’s premise, to hear directly from the client how his employees measured up. Astounding follow up! Then he has an individual, in my case, Kari, who is your contact person through every other step of an interstate move. And she was outstanding; I knew the exact time my furniture would arrive, who the driver and assistant were, Kari called to ask how service had been, and then she called the next day too, to see if there were any unknown problems that needed to be rectified.
