I can’t say enough good things about this company and the crew. Each individual went out of their way. Simple suggestions such as a reminder to take... the kids’ backpacks, coats, and clothes and keep them separate goes a long way. Our stuff was packed well, everything was organized, and care was taken to make sure everything was in the exact room where we wanted it. It may sound silly, but their kindness was much appreciated. I had a difficult move to arrange with multiple pick up locations and a need for one month storage before my new home was ready for move-in. Triangle Movers are absolutely the best of the best! This is the second time we used them but with a lot more furniture than we had the first time.... For this big move, Jack supplied a team of five who started early in the am to move some heavy super large pieces of wooden bedroom furniture down from the second floor. They also moved our large, heavy dining room table, hutch and cabinet, and buffet along with other household furniture such as couch, love seat, etc. Each item was wrapped to prevent damage and soiling with extra care given to glass doors and mirrors. All furniture arrived at new house in A-1 condition and was reassembled and placed where we wanted. The crew, led by Sean, was polite, courteous, and professional. Wonderful moving experience. They arrived right on time at 8AM. We had a quick walkthrough and Vinny emphasized anything we want them to do, do not hesitate to ask them. We did... have a number of requests during the process and all were accepted and completed. They packed up all our kitchen stuff, china, and glasses and were onto the new location by 11:30AM. I was very happy with this company and have given them 5 stars. Two and a half months ago they moved us to a temporary rental house locally- 25 miles... away-while we wait for our new home to be built in another state.The guys worked really hard. They were pleasant and very accommodating. Such back breaking work- I don't know how they do it. Jack and Cathy were really nice to deal with. Great customer service. Their fees were high, but reasonable and competitive for the industry. And I intend to use them for our out of state move which will be coming up shortly after the new year. All our things- at least the ones we unpacked- were in tact.I have to mention I have just revised my review here from what I wrote previously a month ago. I thought an item was missing and perhaps taken during the move. I was totally convinced and just yesterday my husband found the item. We are living amongst many unpacked boxes right now in a temporary rental until our new home is built in another state and I think my emotions and the stress of it all got the best of me. They were both professional and had a great rapport. There were a couple of very large pieces of furniture and they took the time develop a plan to get the furniture upstairs. As a result, no furniture or walls were damaged.I just had carpet installed so I was removed when Randy put down plastic wrap to protect it. We moved from Orange County NY to Leland NC end of July 2017 andCant say enough good things about Triangle Movers, from beginning to end a friendly,... professional and concerned group of people. we all know that moving is a very stressful experience well Jack, Kathy and crew took away a lot of the stress and made this as painless as possible.I have heard all the horror stories about moving companies and the tactics they use to drain your wallet so if you get a price that's to good to be true it IS, especially if your quote is done over the phone. Jack came to our home to give an accurate honest quote and stuck to it.The crew that loaded the move showed up on time (actually early) kept us informed and wrapped and loaded all items quickly and safely. We were delayed with closing and had to push delivery off about a week no problem no extra storage fees just a concern to get us our furniture when we needed it and they did. The delivery showed up on time and we were kept informed for a couple of days before on when it would arrive. Delivery was as professional as the load up.It was a pleasure to deal with Triangle movers. I moved this weekend locally and hired Triangle to move all our furniture --- I had an all around perfect experience. Start to finish... professionals.First, Jack came to asses my move a few weeks ago. He did a simple walk though and took notes to give me a guaranteed price. Once We agreed over email to everything I got a phone call from my moving manager to see if I had any questions and confirm dates.The movers arrived ahead of schedule, fresh and ready to go. They were incredibly professional, friendly and a lot of fun --- willing to help out anyway they could with the move. They disassembled all the furniture and put everything back together exactly where we wanted it in the new house. They covered all the floors and doors for protection. Packed up and left. Very hard working guys.For what we paid to move, it was money very spent and personally I think a bargain. I would highly recommend Triangle Mover to anyone moving within their service area. Well it took me three years (Yes, three years!) to finally write this review! Triangle only moved me a mile or so from my original residence but did... an incredible job! The reason I took so long to write this is , well, lets be honest here! I'm just lazy and the worlds biggest procrastinator but, the fact is I'm getting ready to move again and I didn't give it a second thought about who was going to do the move for me! I'm not even looking for better prices! They were just great! Packed as agreed, put stuff where I wanted it. Nothing was broken! And the crew I had, just seemed to enjoy working together! Had the pleasure of dealing with Shawn, Bobby and Stevie when we moved from Harriman to Warwick back in January (sorry, been busy would've wrote the... review sooner) . These guys were top notch, quick and most importantly careful with our belongings. They treated my property like their own by putting cardboard/ drop clothes on my hardwood floors. Something as small as that means a lot. They took apart the beds and put them back together with no issues. I highly recommend this company and ask for these 3 guys if you want it done the right way. Jack came to my home and gave me an estimate after the walk through. Another company gave me a quote over the phone, not even seeing what I had.... Triangle stuck to the estimate, no surprises. I was searching for high quality movers In the Hudson Valley. Jack came to our home to give us a quote for moving our household items. The price was... great and Jack was so kind putting us at ease about the move. My husband was called away for business a few days before the move, so it was especially important to me to have professional and efficient movers. On the morning of the move, Shawn, Kyle, Randy, and Bill were at our house early and ready to work. They put me at ease with their professionalism, cheerfulness, and efficiency.
